1. Personal Information Collection

The app allows you to optionally enter customer details for invoices. This includes:

• Customer Name: Used for identifying and generating personalized invoices.
• Phone Number: Used to facilitate sending invoices via WhatsApp.

2. Advertising and Analytics (Third Parties)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. To provide relevant ads, Google may collect and use:

• Advertising ID: Used to show personalized ads.
• Device Information: Such as model, OS version, and approximate location.

You can manage your ad preferences or opt-out of personalized ads through your device's Android settings.

3. Device Data & Authentication

We collect a unique Device Identifier (UUID) solely for subscription verification and device authentication. This data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.

4. Local Storage

Product data, prices, and customer info are stored locally on your device. We do not share this data with third parties except when you share an invoice via apps like WhatsApp.

5. Permissions

• Camera: Used strictly for scanning barcodes.
• Internet: Required for subscription verification and displaying ads.
• Files/Storage: Used for Backup, Restore, and saving PDFs.

6. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to our verification servers.
